Focusing on BODY | MIND | EARTH our Friday evening session is one of deep grounding as Didgeristu shares his indigenous connection & understanding to the spirit of the this land through ceremony and Yidaki (didgeridoo) with Jon Worsley founder of Sound of Hemp. The session features Sarah Callaham from THE BODY METHOD who will guide you through a beautiful journey of BODY | MIND connection focusing on 'rhythm & space' with her signature vibe of warmth, compassion and knowledge and practice of yoga.

THE BODY METHOD has two beautiful studios at the southern end the Gold Coast. Their studios offer REFORMER PILATES, MAT PILATES, YOGA, BARRE, MEDITATION, BOXFIT AND EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY.

If you have been to one of our OKA Campouts and experienced our live music morning yoga sessions you're getting close.

We have an amazing experience for you with a few secret and special gifts included and although no Yoga experience is required, we ask you to bring your yoga mat (let us know if you don’t own one and we will organise one for you), water bottle and an infectious positive attitude, energy and smile.
